Audio – Setting Clear Boundaries With Spiritual Qualities

Cost – $13.00

(*Upon payment, you will be sent to a private page where your audio link and password are located).

Description – As gentle discipliners it can be confusing to figure out how to teach our young children right from wrong when the old models of spanking and yelling still haunt us from our own pasts and the new models of time-out and punitive consequences are what so many parenting gurus advocate.

In my work with intentional mamas, we explore the idea that spiritual qualities – virtues – like gentleness, kindness, love, assertiveness, courtesy, justice, honesty etc. – are within each us in potential, needing to be nurtured.  It can be very comforting to acknowledge that your young child already possesses these beautiful character traits.  With your guidance and teaching, these qualities can be strengthened and come into balance.  In my practice, we talk about these qualities as boundaries.  For example, in our home we honor courtesy and kindness.  It is my sacred duty as a parent to notice when my children practice courtesy and kindness.  When my children make a poor choice, like hurting a playmate, there is a natural negative consequence that occurs – they feel remorse and/or their playmate cries and may not want to play. Temperament and your child’s accumulative stress may be affecting their behavior at the same time restitution is important for both children to heal and move on with play.

Audio – Bedtime Woes

Cost – $13.00

(*Upon payment, you will be sent to a private page where your audio link and password are located).

Description – As intentional mamas, we often find ourselves second guessing our decisions around challenging issues like sleep for our young children.  Should you co-sleep or let siblings co-sleep?  Should you stay with your young child when they want you in their room?  Why are some nights better than others when it comes to getting little ones to bed?  These are questions I explore in this audio. Learn what a “pressure valve” is and why you need at least 2 each day to help bedtime go more smoothly.  Discover a daily schedule that actually works in your favor for bedtime.
Audio – Responding to Your Young Child With Wisdom When They Behave Inappropriately
Cost – $13.00

(*Upon payment, you will be sent to a private page where your audio link and password are located).

Description – In this audio learn completely new ways of responding to your young child and understand these early years more than ever before.  Young children do not respond well to spanking, time-out, consequences (natural or logical), yelling, bribing, or threatening.  Finally, some information that makes reasonable sense and is completely doable and lays a solid foundation for you to parent your children into the tween and teen years!
