Hi! My name is Raelee Peirce. I’m married to a great guy (10 years coming up!) and I’m a mom in my 30’s of two young children. I choose to stay home with my children because I believe mothering is noble work. It isn’t easy financially for us, but I can’t imagine not being the primary caregiver to my children. I have lots of ambition so I am very enthusiastic to work part-time from home as a Parent Coach. I support other moms - both at-home moms and working moms - through the services on this site - to feel happier and more confident about parenting. Most of the moms I work with dabble and practice attachment parenting. They read a lot and have strong opinions about parenting and thus, I also refer to these parents as “intentional.”  I hope you will check out my philosophy and my 4 principles of parenting to learn more about what I’m all about.

2008 - Certified Virtues Facilitator for the Virtues Project, a program developed by Dan and Linda Popov, authors of The Family Virtues Guide.

2006 - Certified Parent Coach through the Parent Coaching Institute at Seattle Pacific University.

2002 - Launched her own services to help women become healthy, confident, and content mothers.

1999 - Certified Parent Educator with the International Network for Children and Families

1996 - Bachelors of Arts Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a concentration in family communication and human relationships.

1996-2002 - Worked for Prevent Child Abuse NC, Healthy Families Indiana, Communities In Schools of Wake County, and the Horizons Program at UNC-Chapel Hill as a Parent Educator. She has facilitated hundreds of workshops for parents, caregivers, and educators on positive parenting strategies.

Currently, Raelee resides with her husband and two young children in Chapel Hill, NC where they have built a home with her parents and enjoy a lively, supportive extended family life.
