My frustration scale was about 6 the whole day today. I am arranging for a free morning for the rest of the year, I agree that I need some time away. I am proud of how I dealt with a situation with my little girl. She threw a whole lot of plastic lids off the kitchen counter and on the floor. I pointed to them so she could pick it up and she ran away and watched me from the coach. I gave her a few minutes and walked over, took her by the hand and she walked over and picked it all up with out us exchanging a word. And then she happily ran of and started playing with her toys.
