Hi Raelee! At the ShambalaKids blog, I post a lot about meditation for kids, guided imagery and spiritual, conscious parenting our kids in this new age! Although we do meditation cds for kids, we always want to GIVE MORE, BLESS MORE AND DO MORE… which means more education and helpful resources for parents who also see parenthood as a wondrous journey and adventure! Love, Mellisa

Hi Mellisa – I’m so excited to connect with you and your awesome blog. As a Waldorf mama I love the use of stories with children and when I read on your site how meditation with children is about using story telling to help calm and restore them, it just fits beautifully with what I already believe.

Hello Mommas. I’m really looking forward to checking out all of these blogs. I find the online community of mothers to be particularly helpful as a mom. It’s good to hear the way other women are creating a dynamic sense of motherhood. I enjoy the exchange of ideas.
