I completely agree that getting exercise helps to clear your head. I started working out regularly back in March. I bought a used elliptical trainer off of Craigslist that I love! I work out at least 5 days a week (3 days on the elliptical and two days strength training) immediately after I put my kids to bed. If I don't do it right away, I get sidetracked with all the house work and prep for the next day, or sit down and lose my inertia. During August and September I was on a long vacation and then got sick and life got away from me. I just last week started my regular exercise again as I realized how much I need it and how it does help make me a better mom. It also sets a great example to my kids as they know that mommy uses the exercise machine after they go to bed.
