		<description>I couldn't agree more, Suzanne!  Eating breakfast together is a great way to start the day and certainly can have the same benefits as eating dinner together.  What I got from the research was that eating together is only part of the equation.  The second part to this is making sure that you're communicating positively during the meal.  I hope your breakfast together continue and that you're able to squeeze in some warm fuzzy exchanges before everyone's out the door!</description>

		<description>With there being six years between each of my three children, having dinner together has become next to impossible. But I do agree that gathering together at the table on a regular basis is part of the glue that holds a family together. So, we've instituted family breakfasts a couple times a week, and start our days together. It's not dinner, and it's not as often as I'd like, but it's better than not doing it at all.</description>
